October 2026 was the month WolfTeam Legacy grew up on Wolfory. In a single week the project went from its first update-journal entries on 19 October to a full Wolfory identity, four arena updates for Deathmatch, bot battles on original Wolfory maps, Turkish military rank names and a live earned-events system, all announced by 25 October. This recap collects the milestones players ask about most, in the order the public update journal announced them. The journal itself stays available on the updates page in English and Turkish, and everything below follows what was announced there.

Wolfory becomes the name

The biggest change of the month was not a map or a weapon: the project became Wolfory. The 24 October announcement moved Wolfory branding across the website, the new launcher and setup, loading screens, the help button, selected item artwork and the reviewed map logos. The project describes itself as an independent, noncommercial fan project with no paid privileges currently planned, and optional site measurement stays off until you choose to accept it. Cookie settings can be reopened if you want to change that choice.

The account side moved forward at the same time. The account panel now shows next-rank progress and reward summaries, and signed-in players can browse their own reward history with result filters and page controls. Inventory lifetime handling was tightened: duplicates select the latest expiry, permanent ownership is preserved, and very large counts and distant expiry dates are calculated safely. The classic site address keeps working, and the site now also answers at wolfory.com.

Four arena updates reached Deathmatch

October kept the Deathmatch lists busy. Frozen, the snow-covered city arena, became selectable for Deathmatch. Two Temple joined the Deathmatch list in the same announcement that gave the lobby's five promotion tabs their distinct Wolfory artwork, put the new Wolfory crest and page illustrations on the website, aligned website rank badges with the game's rank system, and let the tutorial's first wolf lesson accept its intended room settings.

Then two original arenas arrived. Wolfory Foundry entered the Deathmatch and wolf-only Deathmatch lists under its own name, with an industrial setting built around three connected routes, raised platforms, walkable ramps and staggered cover for both close combat and longer sightlines, plus its own minimap and matching loading and map-selection artwork. Wolfory Mansion completed the set: a two-storey villa with an open courtyard, a fountain, side routes and high boundary walls, a broad front garden beyond the fountain, and continuous sloped access with connected upper galleries for different human and wolf approaches. The Mansion announcement also refreshed the standard EM16 with a Wolfory finish, a selected close-up firing effect and refreshed reload sounds. Each of these arenas has its own deeper guide here on the blog if you want layout-level detail.

Bots reached the Wolfory maps

The bot update extended bot Deathmatch to Wolfory Foundry and Wolfory Mansion. Mansion received smoother walking connections from its ramps to the upper rooms and balconies, and its teams were settled: red starts inside the villa, blue starts in the distant front garden. One reminder that stays true no matter the month: bot and training games do not award progression rewards. They are for practice, so warm up there and take the routine into rewarded matches.

Turkish military rank names, in the game and on the site

With Turkish selected, in-game ranks now follow Turkish military titles from Er at the bottom to Mareşal at the top, across the enlisted, non-commissioned officer, officer and general steps. Existing rank progress, point requirements and badges stay the same, and English rank names together with the GM designation are unchanged. The website followed: Turkish rank names there use the same military naming, and the starting rank received an original Wolfory wolf-and-shield badge used both in the game and on the website. October also put one version everywhere: the website footer and download page show the current release automatically, the launcher refreshes its version label while it is open, and downloads use a stable link so the installer carries the matching release version.

Earned progression, restored shop offers and live events

The largest single announcement of the month reshaped how earning feels. The damage difference between price tiers of the same weapon family is now limited to about 1%, with equipment keeping small, bounded bonuses and item descriptions updated to match the revised balance. 371 supported shop entries returned across the Gold and Wolf Coin stores, including Instant Respawn, with consistent earned-currency pricing for one-day, seven-day and thirty-day offers. Eligible match Gold rewards increased by 20% and Wolf Coin rewards by 50%, existing daily and weekly completion goals remain available, and bot or training games still award nothing.

Scheduled community events can raise eligible match Gold and Wolf Coin rewards further. The website events page lists current events, dates and active bonuses; overlapping events use the highest bonus for each currency instead of adding rates, and active Gold and GP boosters describe their 30% effect clearly. Five bilingual event panels appear in channel selection and the lobby, and a late-October correction made event artwork refresh reliably even when a computer's clock runs slightly behind the server.

The reliability work behind the scenes

A recap that only listed new content would hide half the month. Several announcements were purely about making existing systems dependable, and they changed how matches, rooms, gifts and sessions behave in daily play.

Match flow: repeated ready or game-entry requests no longer send a loaded player back into loading, late arrivals can still join an active match, and a temporary character-data failure can be retried during loading while stale results are ignored after leaving, rejoining or moving to another round. A compatibility correction targeted cases where the map was visible but the first weapon-selection screen did not appear, and room hosts now let completed match results finish before starting again.

Rooms and equipment: room settings and team changes are handled more consistently while a match is starting or its results are completing, invalid room changes no longer interrupt the host's connection, invalid room-entry requests receive a response, and overlapping exits no longer send duplicate departure notices. Complete equipment selections are no longer silently skipped, incomplete or invalid ones leave saved presets intact, and coupons, supported packages and lucky boxes use available, unexpired stock even before an inventory refresh. Gold and Wolf Coin coupons work correctly near the maximum balance.

Objectives and social: after a bomb is planted, eliminating all attackers no longer ends the round before defenders defuse it or it explodes, while eliminating all defenders can finish the round for attackers. Friendly kills no longer increase competitive kill statistics. Friend notifications stay with the intended account during account changes, queued private messages remain available to their original recipient, and an expired gift in another player's mailbox no longer delays gift-box actions; gifts that expire while a claim is waiting cannot be collected. When a sign-in session expires, progression and reward history clear personal information, so old details cannot return through delayed page responses.

How to follow what comes next

Nothing in this recap promises the future; the update journal remains the only place changes are announced first. If you are joining while the current campaigns run, the events page shows live dates and bonuses, and the guides on this blog cover everything from your first launch to founding a Pride. Install the launcher from either site address, claim your welcome gift, and earn the rest. Power is earned here, never sold.
