WolfTeam Legacy just grew by one arena. Frozen — shown as the frozen city in the Turkish client — is now selectable for Deathmatch, and it reaches your game files automatically the next time the launcher updates your client. If the room list has felt predictable lately, this is exactly the refresh you were waiting for: a winter city where team play decides everything.
What the Frozen arena is
Frozen is a winter-themed city battlefield, listed as Donmuş Şehir when you play in Turkish. It joins the same Deathmatch rotation you already know from maps like Arrival, Taksim and Covolt Bridge, and it ships with its own loading artwork, so there is no mistaking the moment you are heading into the cold. The arena provides eight spawn points per team, which means a full sixteen-player room can line up eight against eight — no cramped starts caused by too few positions.
How to get a match on Frozen
Getting into the cold is simple. Create a room as usual, choose Deathmatch as the mode and pick Frozen (Donmuş Şehir) from the map list. Prefer joining instead? Frozen rooms appear in the room list like any other Deathmatch room. If nothing is open, be the host: write a clear room title, leave the room open to both teams and press START once a healthy crowd has gathered. Hosts who want quieter sessions can set a room password and share it with friends.
Built for player-versus-player
Unlike Arrival, Frozen does not host AI bots — the arena is designed around human teams facing each other. If your routine starts with a bot warm-up, keep that part on Arrival, then bring the sharpened aim to Frozen. That split is healthy: bots teach you recoil control and movement, but Frozen rewards reading real players, timing pushes with your roster and holding a position while round pressure builds.
Team habits that win frozen streets
Frozen does not change the fundamentals; it concentrates them. Move as a pack — a lone wolf in a city full of corners gets traded away for nothing. Use the team radio keys (Z, X and C) so your squad knows where contact happened. After every kill, break line of sight, because the street you just won is the first place the enemy team will look. When your wolf transformation is charged and the room rules allow it, pair it with a teammate: a wolf and a rifler hitting the same corridor at the same time is the closest thing to a guaranteed opening.
Rewards and progress on Frozen
A match on Frozen follows the same earned economy as every other Deathmatch map. Eligible completed matches with fair starting teams pay Gold and GP under the standard reward rules, staff advantages disable match rewards, and bot or solo sessions never pay. Use /progress to check your current progression goals and /matchstatus to see how the live match is being tracked. In short: Frozen changes the scenery, not the rules that keep progression honest.
Keep exploring
Frozen is the newest arena, but it is not alone — the earlier map guide on this blog walks through Arrival, Taksim, Covolt Bridge and Junk Field, and the update journal on this site records every release in English and Turkish. Queue up, pick the frozen city, and let the other team learn the map the hard way.
