Deleted clan note display — local fix
A local fix was prepared for deleted clan notes remaining visible to the player who removed them.
- A successfully deleted clan note is now also removed from the deleting player’s visible list.
- List updates for the other online clan members are preserved.
- This fix is in local testing; the public game release has not yet changed.
