Additional local clan creation checks
Clan creation rank and Gold limits have received additional local checks.
- Insufficient rank, insufficient Gold and repeated creation requests were verified to leave the account unchanged.
- Two simultaneous creation requests were verified locally to create only one clan with one charge.
- Creation checks in the actual game screen are still in progress; the public game release has not yet changed.
